Tiffany founded this firm in 2014 with the goal of providing legal services to the citizens living in Cayce, Chapin, Columbia, Forest Acres, Irmo, Lexington, West Columbia and the surrounding areas. Tiffany has been in private practice from the outset of her legal career. Her practice encompasses family law, estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, business formation, contract preparation, business purchase and sale, landlord/tenant disputes, as well as real estate closings.

A native of West Columbia, South Carolina, Tiffany obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While at Mercer, Tiffany received her Certificate of Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting from the Legal Writing Program. She was also the recipient of two CALI awards for legal writing. While in law school, she clerked for the Laurens County Juvenile Court in Dublin, Georgia. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and History from Wofford College.

Prior to starting her own firm, Tiffany began her legal career at the law firm of Setzler and Scott, P.A. in West Columbia and then as a partner at Collins & Burkett Law Firm, LLC.
